By downloading or using Social Chain, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Social Chain. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and can form a binding agreement.
License & EULA
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Social Chain on Apple-branded devices you own or control. This license is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/…/stdeula), together with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms of Use. Where they conflict, the Apple EULA governs your use on Apple devices.
This agreement is between you and Social Chain World, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Acceptable use
- Be respectful. No harassment, abuse, or unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to de-anonymize, scrape, or disrupt the field or other users.
- Your key is yours alone. Do not share, lend, sell, or transfer it.
- You are responsible for everything done under your key.
The key
Your key is issued to one person. We may disable a key, suspend, or permanently revoke access at our sole discretion — with or without notice, and without explanation. We do this to protect the field and the people in it: for any violation of these terms, for sharing a key, or for conduct we judge intended to cause harm, whether obvious or not. Violations are rare here by design. When they occur, they are not tolerated.
Content & conduct
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We provide in-app reporting and blocking and act on reports promptly.
Seasons & the field
Social Chain operates in seasons. Some signals are ephemeral and may fade or reset by design.
Disclaimers & liability
The app is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability. Nothing limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at any time, at our discretion, including for the reasons described under “The key.” On termination, your right to use the app ends immediately.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
