Account & Data Deletion

You are always in control. You can delete your Social Chain account and associated data at any time.
Delete from the app
- Open Social Chain.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm. Deletion is processed and cannot be undone.
Can’t access the app?
Email info@socialchain.world from the address linked to your identity, with the subject “Account deletion request.” We will verify and process it.
What is deleted
- Your identity and profile are removed; the account is permanently retired.
- Private and unconfirmed content is deleted.
- Your active presence is removed from the field.
What may be retained
For legal, security, and integrity reasons we may retain limited records (such as transaction or moderation logs, and content that was sealed into shared season history). Retained records are minimized, access-controlled, and kept only as long as needed for those purposes.
Timing
Deletion is processed promptly. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule.
